About a month ago I won $350 I called and talked to them he said I needed a bank account I want to go to bank account then they said that wouldn't work so I put in for a check they send me the forms I sent back to documents didn't hear back from them for about two three weeks contacted them again talk to you about 5 different people they kept telling me send the documents in I said there and told him I did he said I didn't so I redid it again and they finally got back to me and said they are too blurry I'm back and sent them again I'll clear didn't hear back from them knows how long again frustrated by now I can't give me the same and round documents kept telling them that I sent them in anyways I talk to somebody personally had them handle it send him the documents personally he got them said those are fine he said he had delivered them himself to the withdrawal Department so I thought I was alright didn't hear from them for another week call back today what do you know same run around the documents sat here and told the dude that's been over a month of me sending documents should I still need to send them so I told him I've done all I could do I've sent you the documents over 10 times that's all I could do so I don't know what to do from now on it's all up to them what they want to receive from me what they want to see from me if it's all right if it's not it's all up to them I've done all I could do I wish they'd let me talk to a manager give me somewhere I can send all folder full of all the documents copies of everything to them but they still haven't got back to me please could you help me out and get this resolved I really appreciate all the help thank you and have a good day

I've managed to get back in contact with this group.

To process your withdrawal they need a photo or scan of a recently issued (last 3 months) utility bill or bank statement. They tell me you submitted a screenshot of a online statement - that wouldn't be sufficient.

Once you've submitted that, resubmit your withdrawal and let us know and I'll follow up with the operator again.
